We start with a 30-minute assessment of your current knowledge base. Then a Career Coach will reach out, and work with you to develop a personalized learning plan.
Online learning
You will learn the fundamentals of heating and cooling through self-paced modules and simulations of real-life HVAC installations.
In-person externship
After completing the HVAC Hero program, we connect you with HVAC contractors in your local area for externships.
